Marketo Consultation via Online Scheduler

Full refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the start of the scheduled event. Partial refunds are available up to 1 hour before the start of the scheduled event. The consultant’s time is non-refundable once a consultation has taken place.

All Other Services

Fees are collected as defined by mutually-agreed upon contracts between MOBI Solutions and its clients. Once services are requested and consultants have initiated services, those services are non-refundable. MOBI Solutions consultants bill for their time, including but not limited to, in-person and virtual meetings, phone, email, and other forms of communication, reviewing documentation, researching, executing work within customers’ systems, and project management.
